Method:
1 Preheat the oven to 200°C fan-forced.
2 Combine mince, onion and garlic in a bowl and season with salt and pepper, using hands, roll into balls, press a small cube of cheese into the centre and roll to enclose, place breadcrumbs on a plate and roll meatballs to coat.
3 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, cook meatballs for 3-4 minutes or until browned all over and then transfer pan to the oven for 5-6 minutes or until cooked through.
4 Heat another frying pan over medium heat, add cherry tomatoes and simmer for 3-4 minutes or until thickened, season with salt and pepper.
5 Spoon the cherry tomato sauce into a bowl and top with the meatballs to serve
