Method:
1 Pre heat the oven to 200°C fan forced.
2 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, cook mince, onion and garlic for 4-5 minutes or until brown all over, add the spices, chilli and pine nuts, season with salt and pepper.
3 Lay 1 sheet of fillo pastry on a flat work surface. Brush with a little butter. Place another sheet of fillo on top. Repeat with butter and the remaining filo. Cut in half.
Spoon half the mixture in 1 corner of fillo, fold diagonally to create a triangle, continue folding, taking care to retain triangular shape. Brush pastry with olive oil. Repeat with remaining mixture and fillo. Place onto baking tray. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crisp.
 4 Arrange the beef triangles on a plate with a small bowl of greek yoghurt to serve.
