Method:
1 Preheat oven to 200°C fan-forced.
2 Using a meat mallet flatten each lamb piece to 3mm-thickness
3 Place the flours, egg and breadcrumbs in separate bowls. Dip the lamb into the flour mixture, then egg and then breadcrumbs making sure there is a good even coating.
4 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat, add schnitzels and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side to brown. Transfer pan to the oven and cook for 3-4 minutes, for medium or until cooked to your liking.
5 Beat butter, garlic and parsley in a bowl until well combined. Spread evenly over the sourdough, wrap bread in foil and bake for 8-10 minutes for until hot.
6 Serve schnitzels with garlic bread and lemon halves to the side.
