Method:
1 Combine qukes and vinegar in a bowl and stand for 5 minutes drain.
2 Combine lemon, mayonnaise, sour cream, crab, parsley and dill in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
3 Arrange the quke slices across a plate, top with the salad to serve
