Method:
1 Preheat the oven to 200°C fan-forced.
2 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, cook salmon skin-side down for 3-4 minutes turn and transfer pan to the oven for 4-5 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
3 Place noodles in a bowl and cover with boiling water stand for 2-3 minutes drain.
4 Combine noodles, pumpkin and herbs in a bowl. Combine fish sauce, lime juice, sugar and soy in a bowl and pour over the salad.
5 Flake salmon over the salad and lightly toss.
6 Arrange noodle salad in a serving bowl and top with dill.
