Method:
1 Thread capsicum, onion and bacon onto skewers, drizzle with olive oil.
2 Heat a char-grill pan over medium heat, cook the skewers for 2-3 minutes each side, season with salt and pepper.
3 Combine capers, anchovies, parsley, basil, lemon juice and 1 tbs olive oil in a bowl.
4 Arrange the skewers on a plate and drizzle with the salsa verde to serve.
