Method:
1 Cook cauliflower in a saucepan of boiling salted water until just tender, drain.
2 Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat; add cauliflower and red onion and cook for 2-3 minutes to lightly caramelize, add saffron and pine nuts, season with salt and pepper.
3 Arrange on a plate to serve.
