Method:
1 Cut pastry into 2 equal rectangles. Place one piece on a baking paper-lined baking tray. Cut the inside out of the other rectangle, leaving a 1cm border; lay the pastry border over the top of complete rectangle. Bake for 5 minutes or until pastry is golden and puffed.
2 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, cook garlic, onion and chilli for 3-4 minutes or until onion softens. Add broccoli and 1 tbs of water, reduce heat to low, cook for 5-6 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
3 Place broccoli mixture within the border of the pastry, tear over bocconcini, return tart to the oven and cook for 3-4 minutes or until bocconcini is heated through. Serve.
