Method:
1 Heat a char-grill pan over medium-high heat, cook tuna, drizzled with olive oil, for 1 minute on each side or until cooked to your liking, season with salt and pepper.
2 Combine cucumber, lemon juice, sesame oil, sesame seeds and dill in a bowl.
3 Arrange salad on a plate and top with tuna to serve.
