Method:
1 Preheat char-grilled pan until hot.

2 Combine onion, tomato, and lemon juice in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil.

3. Rub asparagus with a little olive oil char-grill until tender.

4. Spread bread with tomato mixture. Top each with two slices of camembert, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 3-4 minutes or until sourdough is crisp and golden and cheese melted.

5. Place sourdough on a plate, top with grilled asparagus, season with salt and pepper to serve.
