Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

2. Cook gnocchi as per packet instructions.

3. Combine gnocchi and Brussell’s sprouts in a bowl and season with salt and cracked pepper.

4. Transfer to a baking dish and lay mozzarella slices over gnocchi.

5. Bake gnocchi for 10 minutes and serve with cracked pepper.
