Method:
1. Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced.
2. Microwave unpeeled potatoes until tender.
3. Place potatoes in small baking dish; drizzle with olive oil. Bake, uncovered, about 15 minutes or until potatoes are browned and tender.
4. Using a sharp knife, cut a small cross in top of each potato; using fingertips, push down lightly to open potato.
5. Dollop potatoes with sour cream; sprinkle with chives.
