Method:
1. Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan; stir over heat until sugar dissolves.
2. Add cinnamon and oranges; bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, about 5 minutes or until thick and pulpy. Cool 5 minutes.
3. Serve blood orange jam with brie, ciabatta and watercress.
