Method:
1. Cook pork in a heated oiled small frying pan until cooked as desired. Cover pork; stand 5 minutes. Slice thinly.
2. Combine pork with remaining ingredients in medium bowl; toss gently to combine.
3. Serve with lime wedges, if desired.
