Method:
1. Make limi and chilli salsa.
2. Preheat oven to 180°C fan-forced. Grease an oven tray.
3. Boil broccolini in a medium saucepan of boiling water until tender; drain.
4. Cut cheese into 1cm-thick slices; cut slices into 1cm strips.
5. Wrap broccolini and cheese in pancetta; place on prepared tray. Roast, uncovered, 15 minutes or until browned and crisp. Serve with lime and chilli salsa.
