Method:
1. Steam sweet potato until tender.
2. Heat the oil in a small frying pan; sauté sweet potato until browned lightly.
3. Meanwhile, thread pork on 3 bamboo skewers; brush pork all over with half of the maple syrup. Cook pork in heated oiled grill pan until cooked as desired.
4. Serve skewers with sweet potato; drizzle with remaining maple syrup. Sprinkle with chilli and finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, if desired.
