Method:
1. Process onion, garlic and ginger until chopped finely.
2. Heat oil in a medium saucepan; sauté onion mixture until soft. Add spices; sauté until fragrant.
3. Meanwhile, cook cauliflower in a medium saucepan of boiling water for 5 minutes; drain.
4. Add cauliflower to spice mixture with stock; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes. Stir in yogurt; cook until heated through.
